After attending the Bad Moms Red Carpet Screening with Flo-rida and the cast, we attended the Bad Moms Press Junket in hopes to interview the cast! This wasn’t just any press junket, this felt like an amazing spa day with celebrities and amazing reps from STX studio!

Bad Moms Pictures

I was hanging out with ThriftyJinxy!

The entire junket was filled with food, appetizers, sweets, mimosas and more! They had an adorable photo booth that had the most amazing filter that any tired mom would look beautiful! There was another photo booth set up with a grocery cart, lots of cereal, whipped cream, and drink bottles. This booth had a fan on us, fun accessories, and the sweetest photographer trying to help us act a bit crazy! As if photo booths weren’t enough…what is a twerk you ask? I learned, I am pretty sure it is just a fun way to dance. I was given some Mom Twerk lessons in a room with lots of video cameras and people laughing. I have no clue where this video will end up…but I am on it! HA!

Bad Moms Pampering

Plus we were pampered and got beautiful for the evening. I got my makeup done (along with some eyelashes) from one of the beauty stations! I had an appointment scheduled and got my hair washed and got a blow out! She did huge spiral curls and also gave me beauty/hair tips during it! This was at the spa in the hotel. As if having my hair and makeup wasn’t enough, Zeel had 10 minute massage stations to help us loosen up during a fun day!

Bad Moms Interviews

We had 3 interviews during our press junket: Mila Kunis and Kathryn Hahn, Christina Applegate and Annie Mumolo, and Suzanne Todd with Jon Lucas and Scott Moore.

Our interviews consisted of nothing but smiles and relating our real mommy world life to this crazy and hilarious movie!

We then interviewed the producer and directors of the movie! Suzanne Todd with Jon Lucas and Scott Moore! With Jon and Scott being dads they said that this movie was so fun to write because they can relate to it as well especially with their lives. Suzanne is a mom and a wonderful mom! I can’t believe how funny, crazy, and relatable the three of them were able to be in this film.

Jon talked about the importance of casting and actually casting moms. Moore jumps in and explains, “Like, when Kathryn’s pitching a line, she’s like I would call him an ungrateful little sh**, that that’s something that a mom would pitch. But, when you’re talking to actresses who aren’t moms, they’d be like, oh, I don’t think I would say that. Like, a mom would never say that line?

Suzanne shared with us how fun they had making the movie and even the extras had during the party scene. It was raining that day and they all felt like they could relate to Mila and didn’t mind working overtime that day!

In this new comedy from the grateful husbands and devoted fathers who wrote The Hangover, Amy has a seemingly perfect life – a great marriage, over-achieving kids, beautiful home and a career. However she’s over-worked, over-committed and exhausted to the point that she’s about to snap.

Fed up, she joins forces with two other over-stressed moms on a quest to liberate themselves from conventional responsibilities – going on a wild, un-mom-like binge of long overdue freedom, fun and self-indulgence – putting them on a collision course with PTA Queen Bee Gwendolyn and her clique of devoted perfect moms.

Cast: Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, Kathryn Hahn, Jay Hernandez, Clark Duke, Annie Mumolo, with Jada Pinkett Smith and Christina Applegate
Studio: STX Entertainment
Genre: Comedy
Writers/Directors: Jon Lucas & Scott Moore
Producers: Suzanne Todd, Bill Block
