There is a pretty neat thing about these A+ cookies is that they are flourless. I was passed the recipe at my wedding shower and they have been our family’s favorite. These A+ Cookies Recipe is really easy to make! I created a video!
If you are looking for a chewy cookie that has peanut butter, oats, M&Ms, and/or chocolate chips these are the ones for you! They last awhile and you don’t have to worry about them drying out really fast.
These cookies are amazing with a glass of milk and kids will love them! If you have peanut allergies, stay away from these amazing cookies!
A+ Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
4 1/2 cups oats
1 cup M & M’s
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Whisk eggs in a large bowl. Add sugars, vanilla, baking soda, butter and peanut butter one at a time, blend well after each addition. Stir in oats, chocolate chips & M & M’s until well blended. Form large tablespoons of dough into balls. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. These make about 7-10 dozen cookies! So be ready to eat!
