Supposedly, one of the easiest weight-loss “tricks” is to drink more water. I’m not sure if it is helping with losing weight but I have felt a whole lot better since I’ve been making sure to get all of my water in! Now that I feel like a pro water drinker, I need something more than my cups from my college bar hopping days! 😉 I’ve noticed fit and health conscious people using stainless steel water bottles but I didn’t feel like forking over $20 to hold my water.
