In case you missed it there is a great article about J.C. Penney making HUGE price cuts starting soon! They have a new pricing plan! Instead of offering HUGE sales during certain times they are going to just cut the price to offer a better price everyday. So basically, they are going to be having a lot less sales but mort items will be a lot cheaper.
I think this is great for everyday shoppers. As a bargain shopper, I rather have the HUGE deals during the Holidays…only because I have become accustomed in to finding them!
