StinkyKids and the Runaway Scissors Review

I was sent the book StinkyKids and the Runaway Scissors to review.  The book is by Britt Menzies.  I read the book to my two year old tonight after dinner.  I think the book was well written, greatly illustrated, and great.

My two year old, on the other hand, was a little two young to really understand it.  She enjoyed the images and the mother daughter time, but really couldn’t relate to what was going on in the story.  If she did, she wasn’t able to communicate it very well.

When my baby girl is a little older she is going to love the book!!!  Right now we are still on board books, making this one a little tough to review.  I do think this is a good one to add to the collection or in a classroom!  I think 1st and 2nd graders would love this book!  This book teaches kids about being kids, problem solving, and having fun!  It relates situations to everyday events!
