After screening “The Secret Life of Pets”, my entire family enjoyed and we were all entertained. I was so excited to publish this Secret Life of Pets review! Even my 2 year old even stayed awake and entertained the entire time. My 7 year old asked me we could please purchase the DVD because she really likes it! We liked the movie and of course there are some great Secret Life of Pets quotes!
If you are looking for family friendly comedy and are a pet lover you will definitely want to see “The Secret Life of Pets”! The movie is filled with lots of comedy and relationships between pets and their owners and pets for other animals!
There are tons of references that pet owners would understand like Mel barking at squirrels, animals being terrified of the vacuum, and the excitement pets have when you get home (even if you just ran to your car and forgot your keys).
The movie is about Max, the main character who just gets a “new brother”. After a dilemma during walking the dogs, Max and Duke get in trouble! Their adventure builds their relationship as they find themselves back home to their owner, Katie! Prior to getting Duke, Max describes his relationship with his owner as “stronger than words and shoes.”
During the movie Max and Duke are on an adventure and you can see their relationship grow the movie ends on a positive note:
“Welcome home, Duke!” –Max
“Thanks, Max!” –Duke
After going to see the movie, be sure to check out my Secret Life of Pets craft!
