I was down another pound last week and then I had to travel to Orlando. I packed my bag with breakfast, lunch, and dessert bars to save my hunger pains, but when I was off in a strange town with co-workers and the only networking time we had was around meals. So I was a little off track but I wanted to make sure I didn’t over eat. I even split one of my meals with one of my bosses. So I know I ate less than what I could have ate. Now since I am back in town and back on the scale the party starts over! What a crazy roller coaster losing weight can really be. The good news is that I am still going down in weight loss but it is definitely a slow process.
I promise before and after pictures will be coming soon! I like to be able to wear the same outfit I wore during week one! So this week’s goal is to increase my water and veggie intake, and start walking just a little bit more! I stand all day at work for the most part but not enough to get my heart rate going. I need to start a work out regime for sure!

After Week 1: 136.7 lbs (down .6 lb from last week)
