Finding the best Matching Family Pajamas

I found this old post because this was our tradition for so many years. For some reason I sorta let it slide the last few years and I want to bring it back! We can usually get a couple of wears our of jammies if I get them early enough!

Last several years there have been some great deals on matching family pajamas at Old Navy! Plus, you can always do their family Christmas jammies and pair them up with a plain shirt from Amazon. You can even Cricut the shirt to any theme you would like: grinch, Disney, Harry Potter, etc…

If you are looking for matching family pajamas, our family found ours. Every year we like to try to take an early “Christmas” picture with all of us wearing matching Pajamas. This way we can share the picture on social media with friends and family. Some matching pajama sets can be really expensive and some are quite affordable.

This year rather than searching the entire city for hours trying to mix and match and find the best deal, we ended up getting ours online.

This year I thought it would be fun not to create Christmas Even buckets with matching pajamas and little gifts to prepare for Christmas morning.  Wearing matching jammies on Christmas Eve nights makes for a magical and comfortable evening.

Wearing matching family pajamas could be your family’s next Holiday tradition! We have had this tradition ever since I can remember my mother-in-law packing matching jammies in our Christmas gifts that we would open late on Christmas Eve! We would open gifts and then go home and go to sleep in our matching pajamas! It was probably one the best Christmas traditions that we have had.

Last several years, she hadn’t done it anymore so I took over at least for the 4 of us! Here are some fun pictures of us wearing our matching jammies:

Then at one point they even started crying!

My daughter just wanted to play with the selfie stick. Although I don’t suggest these things in public anymore they are great for Holiday pictures!

We received these striped Family Matching Pajamas that year and they are my favorite matching pajamas yet! I love the fact that you can order them in red and green! Plus, they even had jammies for dolls AND pets! So if you have a little girl begging for an American Girl doll, she would LOVE including it in the family picture!

The kid’s jammies in the picture are only $29.95. The adult jammies run from $45-$55. If you plan on wearing them for your family pictures rather than buying new dressy outfits this is quite the deal! You can wear them for your pictures and then on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve! Plus, our family likes to get them in a couple of other times too!

The kid sizes run true to size and the adult sizes run a tad bit big! ENJOY making memories and traditions with your new family jammies!!!
