Teen Titans Go! To the Movies Prize Pack & Review

We are so excited that “Teen Titans Go! To the Movies” is in theaters!  We are just as excited to give one lucky reader an awesome Prize Pack!  Our family loved the movie.  If you are a fan of the show, you are going to love is as well. It was funny, it was very well written, and the cameos had me NERDING out during the movie if you are a superhero movie fan (DC and Marvel)!

Both of my kids enjoyed the movie.  If you have never seen the show, there are some fart and poop jokes in the film.  That was no shock to our family.  Since we know the show and knew what to expect it wasn’t anything that bothered our family at all.  We actually thought it was hilarious.  The jokes were well written and funny and not just made as cheap way for the writers to get a quick laugh.  The movie is rated PG and not G for the rude humor.

In the beginning of the movie there is basically a super cute short and could be its own standalone show!  It was about DC super girls.

When the Teen Titans go to the big screen, they go big! “Teen Titans GO! to the Movies” finds our egocentric, wildly satirical Super Heroes in their first feature film extravaganza—a fresh, gleefully clever, kid-appropriately crass and tongue-in-cheek play on the superhero genre, complete with musical numbers.

It seems to the Teens that all the major superheroes out there are starring in their own movies—everyone but the Teen Titans, that is! But de facto leader Robin is determined to remedy the situation, and be seen as a star instead of a sidekick. If only they could get the hottest Hollywood film director to notice them. With a few madcap ideas and a song in their heart, the Teen Titans head to Tinsel Town, certain to pull off their dream. But when the group is radically misdirected by a seriously Super-Villain and his maniacal plan to take over the Earth, things really go awry. The team finds their friendship and their fighting spirit failing, putting the very fate of the Teen Titans themselves on the line!

The first-ever big-screen version of DC Entertainment and Cartoon Network’s animated TV show stars Greg Cipes (TV’s “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”) as Beast Boy, Scott Menville (TV’s “Spider-Man”) as Robin, Khary Payton (“The Walking Dead”) as Cyborg, Tara Strong (the “My Little Pony” franchise) as Raven, and Hynden Walch (TV’s “Adventure Time with Finn & Jake”) as Starfire, reprising their roles from the series. Will Arnett (“The LEGO® Batman Movie”) and Kristen Bell (“Frozen”) also lend their voices and, in guest roles, Superman super fan and Oscar winner Nicolas Cage (“Leaving Las Vegas”) portrays the Man of Steel; singer/songwriter Halsey lends her voice to Wonder Woman; and rapper/-singer Lil’ Yachty plays Green Lantern.

The film was directed by Peter Rida Michail and Aaron Horvath, from a screenplay by Michael Jelenic & Horvath, based on characters from DC. Horvath, Jelenic, Peggy Regan, Michail and Arnett produced, with Sam Register serving as executive producer. The music is by Jared Faber. Apart from Arnett, all are “Teen Titans GO!” series contributors. Superman was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster.

Warner Bros. Animation Presents “Teen Titans GO! to the Movies,” set to release on July 27, 2018. The film will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company.

  7. I can’t claim any knowledge of this show. The only thing I know is that all 5 of our kids, ages 13, 12, 10 & double 7s, all agree that they love it and want terribly to see the movie. Anything that attracts my #13 AND my #7s has to be special. Our youngest has a Titans shirt that is two sizes too big but he had to have it. Kids!!
Thanks for the chance to take them for free. ?

  9. Hmmm, I’m not really sure who my favorite Teen Titans character would be if I had to choose. There’s something about each of them that I like! I especially like Cyborgs dances, and Beast Boy’s interchangeable characteristics.! 🙂
