I am attending Disney’s Alice Through the Looking Glass Red Carpet! I was invited on an expense paid trip and I can’t wait! What does one wear? What are we doing? Who will I meet? I can’t WAIT!
Lately, I have been having the weirdest dreams. I can barely remember them at times. There are several dreams that I have had more than one time. I always remember one dream that I have dreamt several times over and over again. I always wonder why and what do these dreams really means. It wasn’t a dream, but this time reality, when I was invited to Disney’s Alice Through the Looking Glass Red Carpet Premiere in LA!
Dreaming reminds me of Alice in Wonderland! I think Tim Burton’s writing is amazing, bizarre and extremely creative. I believe that people’s dreams and creativity are unlimited! Which makes me love blogging and humbled of all of the experiences I have had through this website!
I believe that writing and storytelling can be creative and unlimited! So being able to go to LA to experience this event, meet with creators and celebrities, and then SHARE my story with all of you makes me geek out quite a bit. I am SO excited to walk the Red Carpet and be a part of promoting these movies! I love Disney so much! Learn more about “Alice Through the Looking Glass”:
In Disney’s “Alice Through the Looking Glass,” an all-new spectacular adventure featuring the unforgettable characters from Lewis Carroll’s beloved stories, Alice returns to the whimsical world of Underland to save her friend the Mad Hatter. Directed by James Bobin, who brings a unique vision to the spectacular world Tim Burton created on screen in “Alice in Wonderland,” the film is written by Linda Woolverton based on characters created by Lewis Carroll and produced by Joe Roth, Suzanne Todd and Jennifer Todd and Tim Burton with John G. Scotti serving as executive producer. “Alice Through the Looking Glass” reunites the all-star cast from the worldwide blockbuster phenomenon, including: Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway, Mia Wasikowska, Matt Lucas and Helena Bonham Carter along with the voices of Alan Rickman, Stephen Fry, Michael Sheen and Timothy Spall. We are also introduced to several new characters: Zanik Hightopp (Rhys Ifans), the Mad Hatter’s father and Time himself (Sacha Baron Cohen), a peculiar creature who is part human, part clock.
Alice Kingsleigh (Wasikowska) has spent the past three years sailing the high seas. Upon her return to London, she comes across a magical looking glass and returns to the fantastical realm of Underland. Reuniting with her friends the White Rabbit, Absolem, the White Queen and the Cheshire Cat, Alice must save the Hatter and Underland itself, before time runs out. Presented in Digital 3D™, Real D 3D and IMAX® 3D, Disney’s “Alice Through the Looking Glass” opens in U.S. theaters on May 27, 2016.

Part of my trip to LA will be learning more about Zootopia! Back in December I had the opportunity to visit Animation Studios and meet with some of the filmmakers. Now since I have seen the movie, I know I will get to interview more of the filmmakers, one of the voice actors, and even get to go in the sound booth and record my voice as one of the characters!
I have told several people that I feel everyone in the world needs to watch and experience Zootopia! It is such a great movie! I even plan on watching it in my classes next year with one of my lesson plans!
