Oh my gosh! We LOVED the new Tinkerbell movie, “The Pirate Fairy”! When being asked if I wanted to review it, we were really excited since we loved “Secret of the Wings”. The movie was better then I thought it would be! I thought it was going to be a little dark because of the pirate parts and it wasn’t at all. I actually had to call my husband in the room since he was working and not watching it with us JUST to show him how bright and vibrant the movie looked in blu-ray. There are some movies that really pop when watching them in HD or blu-ray and this was one of them! The first thing my daughter said after we watched it was to ask me if we can watch it again! She doesn’t make it through every movie and this one kept her interest the entire time.
If you have been reading my blog for a while you know that I am a huge Loki, Tom Hiddleston fan. So much to the point that I have now had the opportunity to interview him twice. He plays Captain Hook in the movie and SINGS! Oh yes, my favorite handsome marvel villain of all time, sings and dances as Captain Hook! Check out this video below!
Be sure to pick up this movie when it is released TODAY!

From the world of “Peter Pan” comes “The Pirate Fairy,” a swashbuckling new adventure about Zarina (voice of Christina Hendricks), a smart and ambitious dust-keeper fairy who’s captivated by Blue Pixie Dust and its endless possibilities. When Zarina’s wild ideas get her into trouble, she flees Pixie Hollow and joins forces with the scheming pirates of Skull Rock, who make her captain of their ship. Tinker Bell (voice of Mae Whitman) and her friends must embark on an epic adventure to find Zarina, and together they go sword-to-sword with the band of pirates led by a cabin boy named James (voice of Tom Hiddleston), who’ll soon be known as Captain Hook himself. With laughter, heart, magic and thrills, “The Pirate Fairy” sets sail April 1, 2014.
