I am super excited for the Holiday Season to come! Once Thanksgiving arrives the Holiday decorations go up, the soup goes in the crockpot, AND the Christmas movies get turned on my TV! My favorite holiday tradition has always been getting together with my 3 sisters and their children to do our Christmas baking! We have a blast, not only making goodies, but also singing Christmas Carols and enjoying each others company, then we take our goodies to several Nursing Homes and share songs and goodies with the residents! It teaches our children the spirit of giving!!

I love the whole season- from the hanging of the greens at church to Advent services to seeing the kiddos eyes when they get up Christmas morning. Every year I try to add a new tradition – this year its going to be taking all 5 kids to ring the Salvation Army bells.
