Teletubbies Bubble Craft

Here is my kids’ favorite Teletubbies Crafts and Activities to do, because they can be artistic and enjoy watching the Bubbles DVD while designing their cards.

Supplies
Bubble Solution
Paper
Food Coloring
Straw
Markers or Crayons

  1. Pour bubble solution into a bowl and add food coloring. Mix.
  2. Have kids blow into the colored solution with a straw, until there are bubbles coming over the top.
  3. Put paper down onto the bowl and  let the bubbles pop on the paper, leaving fun and colorful designs.

  4. Set out to dry
  5. Once the paper is dry, use the markers or crayons to write fun messages on the cards!

  6. Enjoy!

Giant Bubble Wand

We also got to use the Giant Bubble Wand that the Teletubbies used during the Bubbles episode. We got to make huge bubbles and the kids loved using the same wand that the Teletubbies used! Look at the big bubbles we were able to make!

Teletubbies Bubbles DVD

The Teletubbies are celebrating “20 Years of Big Hugs” with the release of their newest DVD, Teletubbies Bubbles! Your kids will love to sing, dance and play with Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po. Teletubbies is great for kids and has many developmental benefits that have been thoroughly researched. This DVD is great for the kids and keeps entertained and active with six new episodes including Bubbles! In this episode the Teletubbies chase and pop bubbles, play with a magical music box and dance to the Tubby Phone Dance. Teletubbies Bubbles arrives on DVD June 20th from Sony Pictures and Home Entertainment. We also hope you enjoy our  fun bubble card craft that is easy and that kids will love to do!

The other DVDs that we enjoyed reviewing were Big Hugs and Twinkle Twinkle.

Developmental Benefits of Teletubbies
Much research has been done on the developmental benefits for children when watching Teletubbies. There are three important areas for the development of children that Teletubbies focuses on improving in its young viewers. These areas are: communication and language, physical development and personal, social and emotional development. Teletubbies keeps my kids engaged and involved throughout their viewing experience. The show allows them to respond to questions from the characters and builds communication skills. Physically, the Teletubbies keep the kids active and makes them want to stay active. While it is hard to keep the kids still for an episode of most shows, Teletubbies keeps them moving and engaged every episode; whether they are singing and dancing, or running around popping bubbles! The social and emotional benefits of this show are obvious because of the love that Teletubbies show for each other and others! Kids will be trying to give big hugs to everyone!
