My daughter and I had a movie night to watch the newly released Disney Movie, Super Buddies. Now, since my daughter is 4, I thought that this would be an age appropriate movie for her. Dad left to go to the movie with his friends, so we made it a movie night. I popped some popcorn fixed us some drinks and my daughter grabbed blankets and pillows. Not only did we both like the movie, but the next day my daughter asked if we can watch it again!

About the movie:

An ordinary day at Fernfield Farms turns extraordinary when Budderball, Mudbud, B-Dawg, Buddha and Rosebud discover mysterious rings that grant them each a unique super power. Before you can say, “Buddies, assemble,” the pups unleash their amazing abilities and race to the rescue when a shape-shifting bully from outer space threatens the planet. But can they succeed in kicking major tail without revealing their new secret identities?

A must-own movie event packed with laughter, action and incredible new characters, ‘SUPER BUDDIES’ proves when you use your wits and work together, you don’t need super powers to be a super hero!

I love the fact that the movie mentions that you do not have to have super powers to be a super hero. This is not a spoiler alert since it is on the cover of the box. It had lots of funny parts and I loved the monkey in the movie. I also thought the pig that spoke pig latin was very clever. He made my daughter and I both laugh a lot. When asking my 4 year old what her favorite part of the movie was, she replied with, “…when the dog got the rings.” The ending of the movie leaves the viewers wanting more. Disney has already released tons of “Buddies” movies so I am glad to know more are coming in the future!

If you missed out on my last Super Buddies Giveaway you are in luck because I am giving away another copy! It is going to be super easy to enter! Just fill out the form below!
