Text-UR

Screen Shot 2013-06-24 at 8.19.06 PM

When being asked to review test-UR Foam packages, I was excited to have the opportunity since I know my 4 year old loves crafts. They sent me 5 sets that are a retail value of $27.95. My daughter and I spent some great time using the bug kit first. We made our first 3 and that was our project for the day. We still have several more in that kit that we can make and it looks like we are going to have some extra!

happy crafter

My daughter had a blast playing with her crafts! Even after she was finished it was tough to snap a picture!

She was picking out which package to do first. One package took us 2 days to finish. Not counting the play time afterward.

Always working on motor skills!

So what is Fibre-Craft’s text-UR kits. They come with textured foam and spacers in different sizes that are also sticky. You can follow the patterns on the packages to make your designs and or let your creativity flow and make your own. There is no painting, crayons, or glue involved! So besides just picking up the little back papers of the sticky spacers it was easy to clean!

The text-UR bug kit turned in to little magnets so my daughter had fun playing with them and pretending to make the fly and land on the fridge all day. It is a cheap toy that brought hours of play and creativity.

You can find text-UR kits at Michaels, Joann’s, Meijer and A.C. Moore. For more pictures, ideas and products find Creative Hands on Facebook at “Creative Hands Crafts” or Twitter @CreativeHands1 or visit their website at www.texturfoam.com
