infanttech smarttemp bluetooth thermometer – Giving mommy a piece of mind! This was provided to me to review! My babies have finally been healthy this month, so I used the thermometer on myself. 🙂 I slept with it last night and it didn’t bother me at all.
When my kids are sick, I am a nervous wreck. When you know your baby’s temperature is warm and you have them sleeping in their own room to contain their virus, it is tough to feel relaxed. When this happens to me, I am constantly worrying. So when I was asked to review infanttech smarttemp bluetooth thermometer, I am excited to give it a try.
Setting up the thermometer was super easy. All I had to do was download the app and when I opened the app my Bluetooth read the thermometer right away. I didn’t want to create a login yet, so I just signed in as a guest and stuck the thermometer other my armpit. After a second or two, I forgot it was there.
It is pretty accurate too! It had my temperature at 97! I am going to sleep with it on to see how warm I get at night. The graph is great so I can gather this information to share with my kids’ doctor when they are sick! If my kids’ temp goes up, I can set an alarm to alert me or wake me up. I tested out the feature by setting a low alarm. What I would do is set it one degree up from my kids’ current temperature to determine if they are getting hotter.
I can use the thermometer for 24 hours at a time. Since you forget you are have it stuck to you this would be easy to determine what time your kid breaks their fever. All of our schools suggest 24 hours fever free before going back to school.
It is waterproof. Although you can put it in bath water I don’t foresee myself doing that. My kids get really hot and sweaty when they are sick so that is the biggest advantage I see for it being waterproof. Unless you have kids who are getting sick throwing up in the middle of the night, you might not really use the waterproof feature.
Every parent needs this thermometer! It is great! I love the features and the accuracy of the temperature! Check out this infanttech smarttemp bluetooth thermometer today from Amazon!
