Percy Jackson Themed Snacks
Perseus “Percy” Jackson, the main character in the series, is a child of Poseidon. The forbidden child of Poseidon to be exact. His mother, Sally Jackson, always gave him blue food. Blue cookies, blue candy, blue birthday cake, the list goes on. It ends up having a long-lasting impact on Percy throughout the Percy Jackson & The Olympians series, and for longer in the Heroes of Olympus and Trials of Apollo series.
Percy’s Rock Candy
If you can find Blue Rock Candy that would be the best bet! I needed some the day off but if you plan there is more than one shade of blue and a nice 6ct on Amazon!
I used Blue Dot Candy!
Percy’s Punch
Any blue drink would be great for your party aesthetics!

Percy’s Cookies and a Blue Birthday Cake! You might not be as far into the series but Percy fans will get the reference!
You can even do an entire charcuterie board with blue candy just for his favorite foods!
Themed Food for the Gods of Olympus
So the following Percy Jackson Themed Party Food is based on all of the Gods from Olympus in the first book!
Zeus Sky Cups
Zeus is the god of thunder and the king of the gods. His home resides in not only Olympus but in the sky as well.
Zeus Jello with lightning bolt cups. Any clear party cups will work! I used paint markers and it dries and stays on fast to make the lightning bolts. I have these and they are such a great deal and great markers, I got them from Amazon! Add Whipped Cream for some clouds!
Hera’s Licorice Locks
Hera is the queen of the gods. And she is Zeus’s wife. She is described as having ‘long licorice locks’ so what is a better option than black licorice?
Of course, many people LOVE black licorice! I don’t have the taste for it.
Poseidon’s Sea Snacks
Percy’s father, Poseidon. He’s the god of the sea. This god is often associated with tridents, the sea, and being one of the big 3. Along with Hades and Zeus.
Poseidon’s Fish! There are lots of ideas! We went with the Blue Swedish fish but you can also do the blue shark gummies and even Gold Fish snacks!
Demeter’s Cereal
Demeter is the goddess of grain and the harvest. The most notable demigod of hers is Meg, in the Trials of Apollo series.
Demeter has a running gag in the Heroes of Olympus series with cereal.
Ares War Heads
“Ares, god of war… maybe you’ve met my daughter Clarisse?” That is a quote from Drive in the Percy Jackson musical. Ares is the god of war, an important part of the franchise. He’s first introduced in The Lightning Thief, yet continues to show up even today.
Get your candy Warheads out! After all, Ares is the God of War. Another option is Oreo Cookies to reference his Motorcycle Bike Wheels.
Athena’s Wise Smarties
Grey-eyed Athena, the goddess of wisdom. She’s a genius on the battlefield, yet has made many enemies. Including, but not limited to; Arachne, Medusa, and even Poseidon!
Smartie Candies for the God of Wisdom! I found some large and small smarties for the party.
Apollo’s Peaches
Lester Papadopoulos, more commonly known as Apollo, made friends with a mortal girl. Meg. Peaches is Meg’s pet, whom Apollo also grew quite fond of.
Peach candies are not only delicious but have a nice good theme to your party!
Artemis’s Archery Supply
The goddess of the hunt swore off relationships. So her cabin doesn’t typically have campers. It has before, however. Under specific circumstances, her hunters have had to stay at camp, and that is when they reside in the cabin.
Make these cheese and pretzel arrows for a fun salty snack!
Hephaestus Fire Candy
The god of craftsmanship, technology, and fire has many children. And those children created an underground mining system in their cabin. Who could blame them for their talent, though?
Either get some Hot Tamale Candy or some Cheese Balls! Honestly, anything read would work!
Aphrodite’s Love Candy
Aphrodite is the goddess of love and beauty. She’s typically described as constantly changing in appearance, often to fit the beauty standards of wherever she is.
Any heart-shaped candy will work but you can also make some heart-shaped strawberries! We decided to use pink gummy candy!
Hermes’s Wings
The messenger of the gods! Hermes is known for his winged sandals.
Some chicken wings would work perfectly! If you wanted something sweet you could make some gold wings and apply it to any gold candy or some Gold Wrapped Dove Chocolates would be perfect!
Mr. D’s Diet Coke for Dionysus
Dionysus, or ‘Mr D,’ is the god of wine. However, he was banished from having it for 200 some odd years due to Zeus’ wrath. Now, he copes by using Diet Coke, at least until he can have wine again.
The Mini Diet Coke Cans are perfect for the party! Also, these Cola-shaped gummies are hilarious since Mr. D eats soda!

Drachmas Coins
Drachmas are the currency which are used in the magic world.
Those gold-covered coins are perfect for this!
Ambrosia Nectar Healing Drink
Ambrosia and nectar are the drinks and food of the gods. For demigods, it’s stated that eating a small portion of it can heal their injuries, but eating too much can kill them. So don’t drink too much!
Either some orange juice or yellowish-orange smoothies would be great! We found a Nectar-flavored drink!
Medusa’s Gummy Hair
Medusa was a mortal who was cursed by Athena. For the disrespect she had towards Athena after having an affair with Poseidon. Now, she’s immortal, yet anyone who dares look at her gets turned to stone.
Gummy Worms to represent snacks would be so much fun for your party!

So I created an SVG of the Camp Half-Blood logo based on all of the images and references from the Disney+ TV Show! It is the closest I have seen! If you choose to use this for your DIY and Crafts, do not publish the PNG I created. Do NOT profit from it.
