The Starbucks rewards system is changing and it is not for the good. They reported that now you will have to spend more stars to get that free food or that free product.
Starbucks rewards system is changing and it is not for the good. It is currently using “stars” instead of points. Like everything else, it is going to cost the consumer more.
This isn’t going to start until February but I’m guessing that many of us who are concerned we’ll be using up all of our stars prior to that date.
Starbucks has kept its current reward system for a really long time. It is still pretty expensive to get that high sugared coffee that everyone loves. I know there are other delicious coffees out there, but there’s something about holding a fresh Starbucks cup that makes people feel good and wake them up
Currently, the Starbucks rewards program has got a free coffee or tea using only 50 stars.
In order to get a customized drink you would be spending a hundred and fifty Stars.
Starbucks recently made changes to its star system while allowing Delta members to earn more stars.
Starbucks plans on changing this current reward system and it is going to cost you more stars for those free items.
This of course might upset some people. The cost of everything has been going up lately. So in order to keep up and have businesses make more money of course it’s going to always come down to the consumer.
If you are looking for ways to save money at Starbucks make sure you check out my article that I shared a while back. There’s nothing I love more than a really good Starbucks coffee but it is getting more and more expensive.
With the New Year approaching you may want to not only save money but you might also want to save calories. If you choose to make your coffee at home check out my low-calorie K-Cup post.
