Bass Pro will once again hold their outstanding Great Pumpkin event from Oct. 19th thru Halloween! Free photos with the Peanuts gang, crafts, scavenger hunt, trick or treating & more! Check the schedule for times and activities each day.
Make a cool cape in this deluxe crafting event on Sunday, Oct. 21st at 12 noon & 1 pm. Registration required so sign up early – kids can use the cape for their Halloween costume!!
Visit your local Michael’s store to create an amazing Halloween t-shirt. Event is for kids ages 3 and up, and is held on Saturday, Oct. 20th from 10 am – 12 noon.

Night of the Living Farmstead at Deanna Rose Farmstead
You’ve visited the Deanna Rose Farmstead during the day, but have you visited at night? Kids will love the haunted barn, flashlight scavenger hunt, marshmallow shooters and more!
Head out to Burr Oak Woods Nature Center for a fun workshop on bats! Learn about these mysterious creatures from a park naturalist and hike the beautiful trails.
Head out to Kidscape, a free kids exhibit at the Johnson County Museum, on Saturday from 10 am -12 noon for their fall Family Fun event! Make a craft, explore the exhibits and have some fun.
