Disney-Paint-at-Walmart

When having the opportunity to work with Disney Glidden Paint I was excited makeover my daughter’s room in minutes under $50! This was by far one of my most exciting reviews. We had just got finished doing out entire nursery for the new baby that I wanted to do something special for the “Big Sister”!

I think every marketing class that has focused on branding has started with the pinnacle of branding Disney. Never before or since has anyone built an entire company around one word, MAGIC! If you’ve ever been to Disneyworld they embed this in everything you do, see, smell and hear! But then you leave the magic behind and return home. While you’ll never get the “mousekeepers” to follow you home you can continue the magic in your own house with Glidden’s line of Disney paint available exclusively at Walmart.

Not only do they have a full line of vibrant beautiful paints that match the themes of their characters, but they also have fantastic finishes that give rooms a unique trait that will absolutely transport into the magic everyone loves with Disney. Finishes like, All That Glitters (our choice), Speck-tacular, Ready, Set, Glow!, Great Slate, Magnificent Metallic.

Our choice was obvious, Princess Elissa wanted her room to glitter like her hair the night we visited Cinderella’s Castle! This overcoat isn’t intended to be even so you can go at any angle you want to achieve the desired look. It took Steve and a friend about half an hour to do Elissa’s entire room and it was dry and sparkly within five hours. Now when you walk into Elissa’s room it glitters from floor to ceiling! Making our home a little more “MAGICAL”!

Room Pic Disney

We have gone to Disney each year! This was her first trip when she was 1 1/2 years old! It was also MY first trip!

Custom Made

We purchased this from an artist that makes sculpture images of toys of your choice! My husband could NOT pass this up!

Enjoying the NEW room

Enjoying her “BIG Sis Room”! 🙂

Glidden Disney Glitter Paint

Close up of the Glitter Paint! Depending on how the light hits the room you get a different amount of sparkles! It took us about a half gallon of paint for her room. Her room is small so you will want more if you have a bigger room to paint.

Another view of the sparkles! The flower Lei is from Disney Japan from a sweet family we met in Disney World while we were waiting to meet Snow White!

We luckily finished making over her room before the new baby was born!  While in the hospital I received a new comforter as a gift from Disney’s PR rep!  My daughter has wanted to sleep with it every night!  With only being home for a few days, I have yet to strip down her bed and switch out comforters.  She loves having it that she puts it over her other one while she sleeps!  <3

My husband text me this picture while I was at the hospital right after we had our baby!
The day we brought the new baby home, Big Sis couldn’t wait to use her new comforter! So this is how she has slept the last few days!

I have three girls and they would love a little magic in their room. Great paint and it seems like it is the perfect choice to go with your Disney memorabilia.
