There are some lessons to be learned in Pixar’s Cars 3 that I am so excited to share with all of you! Pixar’s Cars 3 is energizing, exciting, and hilarious! There were so many good lessons that everyone can learn from the movie that I you won’t want you to miss seeing this in theaters! The movie had so much positivity and motivation for not just little boys but for little girls as well! My girls love the Cars movies so having a new film, where they have another star with Lightning McQueen makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside!  Also, be sure to check out our Cars 3 movie quotes list!

I have already seen the movie twice and I am going back with my entire family for the 3rd time this week! I wanted to share the 3 lessons to learned in Pixar’s Cars 3 that you won’t want to miss and you can begin to start these discussions with your kids.

Pixar’s Cars 3 Lessons

Aging: Roles in life change. Although you might not see and understand the change as it is happening there is usually something waiting for you that is even better. As a child thinking of my parents growing old makes me really sad and uncomfortable, but watching my children model acts and actions I have done is one of the most rewarding part of parenting.

Mentoring: If you are planning on seeing Cars 3, teaching your kids and asking them who they look up to and who helps them do things might be a really fun way to teach them about what a mentor is and what a mentor does. The movie does a great job at defining these changing roles in the main characters, but this is a great way to highlight this lesson with your kids.

Holding Back on Dreams: This was probably the lesson that hit home to me the most! I helicopter my children way too much in life. I worry about them every second of the day. I am afraid that one day they will choose a career or hobby that will worry me in one way or the other and I will feel the need to protect them and persuade their decision to change.

If you are looking for a FUNNY and moving movie with all of the great things you loved about the original Cars with an entire new story….go and see Cars 3! I give this movie two thumbs up!

Blindsided by a new generation of blazing-fast cars, the legendary Lighting McQueen finds himself pushed out of the sport that he loves. Hoping to get back in the game, he turns to Cruz Ramirez, an eager young technician who has her own plans for winning. With inspiration from the Fabulous Hudson Hornet and a few unexpected turns, No. 95 prepares to compete on Piston Cup Racing’s biggest stage.

Cars 3 will be playing in theaters June 16, 2017!  Be sure to check out my Cars 3 World Premiere photos!

My grandson, Zaine, has watched the Cars from the beginning. He loves them and even has a sheet set that he will not part with. I love the idea of the movie having lessons. My favorite at this time in his life would be mentoring. I hope they continue making them..
