Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur Review
Pixar’s new The Good Dinosaur will tug at your heartstrings. It is a very touching movie. My daughter who is 6 felt every emotion. I found her laughing a lot. She mostly laughed through the movie and she had to hold on to me only a few times. She was way less scared in this movie than she was during Inside Out. Which is good, I hate to see my baby cry. The movie will have you loving dinosaurs and of course the main character boy called “Spots” was absolutely adorable. Arlo has a huge heart and is super sensitive, but he grows up in the movie and it is tough to not love him. You quickly fall in love with him and his siblings the very beginning of the movie!
The Good Dinosaur teaching kids about families and relationships. During the movie my daughter even leaned over to me and said…”mom that is his dad, he should go to his dad, since he is family.” I love that my daughter realizes that family is always first.
