If you haven’t checked out the new ANNIE movie yet, you will want to be sure to check it out! There are tons of life lessons from ANNIE that you won’t want to miss. You will find your heart filled with love, hope, and being positive after seeing this movie. I had the opportunity to interview some of the cast and Will Gluck (one of the directors and writers) and I asked them what their favorite life lesson from ANNIE was that filled their hearts the most!
Here are their Life Lessons from ANNIE!
1. Life Lessons From ANNIE: Self Love
Cameron Diaz (plays Miss Hannigan): Self Love. Cameron told the most beautiful life lesson from ANNIE that not very many people would be able to place in to words as well as she did! She talked about how we validate ourselves about how others think of us instead of how we think of our selves. She talked about how we treat others the way we treat ourselves as well. We have to validate and love and treat ourselves good first!
2. Life Lessons From ANNIE: Optimism and Hope
Bobby Cannavale (plays Guy): Optimism and Hope. Bobby explained to me that everything is possible and that you have to be optimistic and hopeful!
3. Life Lessons From ANNIE: Placing God First in Your Life
Quvenzhanè Wallis (plays Annie): The beautiful and very talented Quvenzhanè says that her favorite life lesson is to “stay grounded” and that “God comes first!” Wow! I not only fell in love with the movie Annie but this little girl is amazing and so talented!
4. Life Lessons From ANNIE: Staying Positive
Will Gluck (Director): Will told me that the life lesson that holds importance to him is that “you always have to stay positive.” Also, that “your family is who you go and take to the movie.” He went on and explained that those are the people that you care about, those that you spend and have that quality time with.
5. Life Lessons From ANNIE: Quality Time
Jamie Foxx: We were out of time so he just agreed with the others.

There’s a fight going on in our house – which to see first, Annie or Hobbit? I think Annie is winning out!

I have to remind myself to stay positive. It’s so easy to get caught up in the negative, but you need to remember that there is a lot to be thankful for.
