Making better choices! I am a total stress eater. These last couple of months we sold our home, bought a new one, lost a friend, traveled, and more. My stress and eating habits have been out of control. I find that I want to open my fridge and cabinets and just eat. I am back to watching what I eat andRubbermaid FreshWorks Produce Saver is helping me change my lifestyle. This is a sponsored review, I received free product from SheSpeaks.

Rubbermaid FreshWorks Review Making Better Food Choices

Rubbermaid FreshWorks Review

Rubbermaid containers keep fruits and vegetables fresh for a long time. Have fresh fruits and vegetables that are just as easy to grab as my chips and candy make eating healthier a little bit better!

Here are some tips on making better food choices!

  1. Summer is around the corner, so stock your fridge with fresh fruits and lettuce! My lettuce is SO much better when I put it in the nee FreshWorks Rubbermaid containers! Check them out here!
How to keep strawberries fresh for 2 weeks! Rubbermaid FreshWorks Review Making Better Food Choices
  2. If you choose to drink other drinks besides water. Commit to making yourself drink a bottle of water in between each soda or coffee. This will motivate you to stay more hydrated!
  3. Count your steps. Make a step goal each day and be sure you hit your goal. Try to hit it early in the day so that you are more active in the day!

FreshWorks uses a Rubbermaid FreshVent that doesn’t need to ever be replaced and keeps food fresher up to 80% longer*.  This is going to help you save money by keeping food longer in your fridge!  Check out how fresh my lettuce is after having it in the container all week long compared to leaving it in my clipped close bag from the store! It is microwave AND top shelf dishwasher safe.

My health tip would be not to follow my habits. lol Actually I drink water for 90% of my drinks. I love ice water. My food tip would be to go out and buy some of these Rubbermaid FreshWorks as I am going to do myself. My produce just does not last long enough for me to eat it and it’s like money in the trash. These containers sound amazing.

My healthy go to snack would be raspberries, but they don’t last long in the refrigerator. The Rubbermaid FreshWorks would be perfect to store them in. I’m entering the giveaway, but I might buy some, too. I just saw that I could get some savings for them on Target Cartwheel. Thanks for the review.

My tip is to keep lots of easily accessible healthy foods ready! Keep all your fruits and veggies washed and ready in the fridge! Lately, my go to has been buying frozen berries and taking them out when I pack lunches in the morning. By the time lunch rolls around they are super cold, but thawed and they taste delicious like that !

I find that tomatoes (sliced/diced by hand) served along with a low calorie salad dressing are very filling. It has some substance and it also has some distinct flavor. I think this is the ideal diet food. You fool your stomach by giving it a little substance and a little zing of dressing too.
