Create a refreshing fruit salad using red and blue berries like strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. You can add marshmallows for the white element of the salad or even bananas. You can also use star-shaped cookie cutters to cut a watermelon into patriotic shapes.

American Flag Fruit Skewers: Assemble fruit skewers using strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. Arrange the fruit in a pattern resembling the American flag, with rows of strawberries and bananas (or marshmallows) for the stripes and a cluster of blueberries for the stars in the corner.

Firework Fruit Kabobs: Thread a variety of colorful fruits such as watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, pineapple chunks, and grapes onto skewers. Then stick each skewer into a pineapple as the base! The vibrant colors and different shapes will resemble fireworks. You can also sprinkle some edible glitter or silver sugar to add a festive touch.

Red, White, and Blue Fruit Popsicles: Blend together strawberries and blueberries separately to create red and blue purees. Layer the purees with yogurt or coconut milk in popsicle molds, and freeze them until set. The result will be delicious, healthy, and patriotic popsicles.

Berry Trifle: Layer angel food cake, strawberries and blueberries with whipped cream for a yummy trifold desert!
